How long does delivery take?

Does the heated jacket come with a battery?
No. The jacket plugs into a USB power bank (like the ones used to charge phones), which is sold separately.
How do I wash the heated jacket or dog hoodie?
Remove the power bank and unplug the cable before washing the jacket. Hand wash or gentle cycle in cold water and air dry. The dog hoodie can be machine washed cold.
How do I pick a dog hoodie size?
Measure your dog's back length (neck to tail base) and chest, and compare to the size chart in the product photos. Between sizes? Go one size up.
